CTHRA Announces 2018 Board of Directors

The election results are in! Longtime board member Seth Feit (pictured), Group Vice President of Talent for Charter Communications, will lead CTHRA’s Board of Directors in 2018, and three new members will join the board: Katherine Barnett, VP of HR for Hearst Television; Julie Neimat, SVP of HR for Discovery Communications; and Rob Talmas VP of Total Rewards for Univision Communications. Driving Employee Engagement for Creative Teams

As the unemployment rate continues to fall, industry employers are faced with the challenge of retaining talent. TeamPeople's Danny Rickard dives into employee engagement within a creative department. He builds a business case for the employee value proposition, including citing several attention-grabbing statistics.
